Obituary for Dorothy C. Pfautz (Arms)

Dorothy C. (Arms) Schoenly Pfautz, 78, wife James E. Pfautz of East Greenville, passed away on Saturday September 3, 2016 at Manor Care, Laureldale. She celebrated 30 years of marriage in April.

Born in Pottstown; she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Anna (Weiss) Arms.

She worked as an assembler at Porter Instruments in Hatfield for 15 years retiring in 2014.

Surviving in addition to her husband are Sons; Tom Schoenly, Greg Schoenly, Ronald Schoenly and his wife Ellen, Stevie Schoenly, and John Schoenly, Jr. and his wife Margaret. Four Step Children; Judy Geisinger and her husband Rodney, James Pfautz, Jr. and his wife Kory, Jennifer Miller, and Stacy Mullins and her husband James. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her first husband John Schoenly, Sr.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home 222 Washington St. East Greenville, PA 18041 with Rev. Charles E. Romanowski officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown. There will be a viewing 10 am until 11 am, Thursday at the funeral home.
