Linwood M. "Skip"  Miller
Linwood M. “Skip” Miller, 87, husband of the late Elizabeth G. “Betty” (Hagenbuch) Miller, of East Greenville, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Chestnut Knoll, Boyertown.

Born in Vera Cruz, PA he was the son of the late Asa C. and Florence (Muth) Miller.

He retired from Mack Truck where he worked as a Truck Mechanic.

Linwood served in the United States Navy during World War II.

Surviving are his children, son, Eugene C. Miller and wife Mary of East Greenville, PA and daughter, Beth L. Buck and husband Larry of Hereford, PA; sisters, Lois Flexer and husband Jim, and Sylvia Rader; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by sisters, Leonore Schantz, LaRue Yeakel and Doreen Laudenslager.

There will be a viewing from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA. Burial will follow in St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pennsburg, PA.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 81 N. Main Street, Pennsburg, PA 18073.
