Margaret F.  Undercoffler
Margaret F. (Spacek) Undercoffler; 85, widow of Paul W. “Pete” Undercoffler, of Penn Street, Pennsburg, PA died on Sunday, May 13, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospice Center after an illness.

Born in Pennsburg, PA she was a daughter of the late Michael and Magdalena (Hodal) Spacek.

Margaret was employed as a Machine Operator at the former Pillsbury Company in East Greenville for 27 years retiring in 1986.

She was a longtime member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Pennsburg, PA and a member of the Upper Perkiomen Senior Center in East Greenville.

She will be sadly missed by her two grandsons, John Michael Undercoffler and Benjamin Paul Undercoffler and daughter-in-law, Deborah G. Undercoffler, all of Spokane, Washington; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by a son, Michael P. Undercoffler; a daughter, Christine Ann “Cookie” Undercoffler; five brothers, Michael, Joseph, Charles, Emil and Frank Spacek and her beloved German Schnauzer, Molly.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Friday at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA with the Rev. Robert A. Roncase, pastor of the church officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg, PA. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday at the Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA prior to leaving for the mass.
