William B. Clugston, 90, of Towanda, formerly of North Wales, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Edna L. (Farr) Clugston with whom he celebrated 68 years of marriage with on April 3rd.
Born in Upper Gwynedd, he was the son of the late Dick Bartholomew and Alma Clugston.
William was a truck driver for the Teamster Union and served his Country in the United States Army.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman in Towanda where he retired. He enjoyed carpentry and wood crafting.
Surviving along with his wife are his children, William B. Clugston, Jr. and wife, Vicki of Red Hill, Kris Clugston of Philadelphia and Elizabeth, wife of David Straka of North Wales; five grandchildren, Jamie, Mark, Jodi, Melissa and Jared; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his children, Maryanne and Todd Clugston; and a grandson, Todd (TJ) Clugston, Jr.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Cremation services entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA.
