William G. Brown, 85, of Life Quest Nursing Center, formerly of Pennsburg, widow of the late Edith (Glenn) Brown, died Sunday, July 4th in St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital.
Born in Parkesburg, he was the son of the late William and Edith (Glenn) Brown.
He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. He worked at Pillsbury in East Greenville, for 32 years in maintenance, retiring in 1987. He was also a member of the Perkiomen Lodge #595, Red Hill.
Surviving are a daughter, E. Marie Kurtz of Reading; son Richard L. Haberacker of Palm; 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 8th at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St. East Greenville, with Rev. Charles E. Romanowski officiating. Call 10-11.
