Victoria (Hunt) Kasitz, 91, widow of Julius P. Kasitz, of Quakertown and formerly of Bechtelsville, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at her daughter’s home.
Born in Fort Clark, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Elinore (Shields) and Claude D. Hunt.
She was the co-owner and office manager with her husband, Jules for 20 years of the former Insurance Depot in Bechtelsville which closed in 2002.
Surviving are two children, Roberta “Bobbie”, wife of Richard H. Guyn of Quakertown and Philip J. Kasitz and wife, Roberta D. “Bobbi” of Bechtelsville; 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by three brothers, Robert, Barry and Edward Hunt and a grandson, Daniel Kasitz.
A graveside funeral service and interment will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013 at Union Cemetery, S. Main Street (Old Route 100) and Green Street, Bechtelsville.
