Theresa A. (Stanopewicz) Steglik, 82, widow of Emil S. Steglik, of Telford, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at her home.
Born in Erie, she was a daughter of the late Edward F. and Regina W. (Bojarski) Stanopewicz.
She graduated from Philadelphia General Hospital of Nursing in 1957. She worked as registered nurse for Quakertown Osteopathic Clinic until 1984 and then North Penn Convalescent Home until her retirement.
Theresa was a member of St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church in Sellersville.
Surviving are three children, Edward F. Steglik of Telford, Regina T. Steglik of Telford and David E. Steglik and wife, Cary of Shawnee on Delaware; three grandchildren, Jeremy Steglik and wife, Noelle, Tiffany, wife of John Yoder, Audrey Steglik, Jessica, wife of Bryan Smith and Kristin, wife of John Matuska; five great-grandchildren, Eli, Natalie, T.J., Zane and Chase; two sisters, Betty, wife of Stanley Chwatek of North East, Christine, wife of Anthony DeSantis of Fariview; a brother in law, Dr. Ronald Duska and wife, Brenda of Villanova; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents and husband, she is predeceased by granddaughter, Jamie Lynne Steglik and a sister, Barbara Duska.
A mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, 445 N. Main St., Sellersville, PA 18960. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the church prior to the service. Arrangements entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home.
