Shirley D. Clemens, of Red Hill, PA, passed away at St. Luke’s Hospital Bethlehem Campus on February 23, 2022 at age 91. She was the widow of Clyde R. Clemens.
Born in East Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Wallace and Irene Folk. Shirley was a homemaker. She was a member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ. She also was a former member of the East Greenville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and also loved bowling in the East Greenville Fire Co. Leagues. More recently she loved playing bingo and going to the casinos.
She is survived by her children: Gary L. Clemens, of Mesquite, NV and Gail A. Camperson, of Red Hill; grandchildren: Jessica, John, Byron and Janelle and great-grandchild, Dakota. In addition to her parents and husband, Shirley was preceded in death by a grandson, Travis and siblings: Rita, Elsie, Mildred, Bessie, Hulda and William.
Services will be private for the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to New Goshenhoppen UCC, 1070 Church Rd., East Greenville, PA 18041.
