Ruth Stoos

Ruth E. (Cameron) “Mickey” Stoos, 92, wife of the late William Stoos, passed away on Monday July 4, 2016 at Quakertown Center.

Born on July 11, 1923 in Bridgeport, PA, she was a daughter of the late Catherine Cameron.

Ruth was a 1941 graduate of Norristown High School.

She worked as a payroll clerk for Synthane Taylor Payroll Services, Betzwood, PA, for 32 years, retiring in 1987.

Ruth was a member of the Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, Eagleville; honorary life member of the Lower Providence Fire Co. and the Eagleville Trooper Lions Club, where she received the Lower Providence Outstanding Senior Citizen Award.

Surviving are many Nieces and Nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, 3050 W. Main Street, Eagleville, PA 19403 with Rev. Samuel L. Seymour officiating. Burial will follow in the Lower Providence Presbyterian Cemetery, Eagleville, PA. There will be a viewing from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
