Rodolfo Rodriguez

Rodolfo Rodriguez, 66, of Palm, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the loving husband of Jana May (Thompson) Rodriguez, sharing almost 50 years of marriage together. Born in La Madrid, Coahuila Mexico, he was the son of the late Juan and Ramona (Moreno) Rodriguez.

Rodolfo was a Construction Superintendent at LTCI Construction retiring after more than 30 years of dedication to the company. He was the God Father of La Madrid, Mexico. He never turned down an opportunity to help someone, never seeking anything in return. He leaves a legacy of being a teacher and a philanthropist. He unconditionally, would open his golden heart to anyone who met him.

In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, fishing, playing Candy Crush and heckling his family and friends. Above all of this, a loving husband, he lived life dedicated to his loving wife and family. He cherished every second spent with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Surviving, are his four children, Corrine “Angel” Weaver and husband, Hayward, Ianna Rementer and husband, Shawn, Rodolfo Jai “Rudy” Rodriguez and wife, Christine, and Antonio “Anthony”Rodriguez and his significant other, Rebecca Diehl; 12 grandchildren, Caleb, Haylee, Elle, Kayla, Nathaniel, Ethan, Matea, Zaydah, Aidan, Alexandria, Isabella and Xavier; and his siblings, Minerva and Raul Rodriguez. He is predeceased by 13 siblings.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041. Due to the CDC guidelines, a private family service will follow. All of those attending are asked to wear a mask and social distance.
