Robert A. Engler, Sr., 75 years old, of Perkiomenville, PA, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Grand View Hospital in Sellersville, PA. He was the loving husband of Donna Marie (Teti) Engler, with whom he shared 57 years of marriage.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Joseph and Jean (Przykwas) Engler.
Robert was a proud truck driver for various companies retiring in 2019 after 54 years.
He was a member of St. Philip Neri R.C. Church in Pennsburg, PA. His happy place was on the Indian River Inlet on his boat fishing. He also enjoyed collecting toy trucks and loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four sons, Robert Engler, Jr. and wife, Bethany, John Engler and wife, Cheryl, Michael Engler and wife, Dawn and Christopher Engler and wife, Tracy; his nine grandchildren, Sarah, Rachel, Mark, Sydney, Jeffrey, Bailey, Kyle, Tamara and Chloe; and his two great-grandsons, Dylan and Travis.
He is predeceased by two brothers, John and Anthony Engler.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1 PM on Friday, May 6, 2022 at St. Philip Neri R.C. Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the church prior to mass. You may share memories and offer online condolences at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
