Patricia Ann (Fean) Lauman, 59, wife of Thomas E. Lauman, Sr., of Macungie, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at her home with her family by her side.
Born in Philadelphia, she entered this world early, fighting for her life at a weight of 2 lbs. 15 oz.; the daughter of the late John and Mary (Romejko) Fean.
Patricia was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be sadly missed by her husband, three children, Thomas E. (T.J.) Lauman, Jr. and fiance Nicole Roth, Kevin M. Lauman and companion, Heather Gladys all of Macungie and Ryan P. Lauman, companion of Hannah Pilcher of Marlborough, MA; a brother, Michael Fean of Cementon, PA and seven grandchildren. Along with her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, John Fean. She will be lovingly remembered by family and friends.
Her home was a place of laughter and love; stories were shared while new memories were created. Everyone was welcome with open arms. She had a wonderful sense of humor that was often the center of attention. She was a devoted mother who made her children's happiness her main concern. Her infectious laugh and ability to make lite of even the worst situations will be missed by many.
She left this world early, courageously battling various forms of cancer for more than 14 years. Not a day will go by that she will not be in our thoughts and prayers.
A Memorial service will be held at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home on Monday, June 10 at 11:00 am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am Monday at the funeral home.
