Patricia K. (McMahon) Cody, 88, wife of William E. Cody, of Kingswood Vale, Perkiomenville, formerly of Riverdale, NY, died on Friday, July 31, 2009 in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. She and her husband were married 60 years.

Born in New York, NY, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Cocoran) McMahon.
She was a homemaker, loved baking and sewing and was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.
She was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church where she was a member of Altar and Rosary Society.

Surviving with her husband are 2 daughters, Patricia K., wife of William J. Coughlin of Perkiomenville and Maureen E., wife of Paul E. Moser, Jr. of East Greenville; 3 sons, William D. Cody and wife, Jacqueline of East Greenville, Timothy T. Cody and wife, Elizabeth of Pottstown and Michael A. Cody and wife, Kate of Hilton Head, SC; a sister, Elaine, widow of Thomas Higgins of Lattington, Long Island; 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Along with her parents, she is predeceased by 2 brothers, Frank and Richard McMahon, 2 sisters, Marjorie Fitzpatrick and Elizabeth Robbins and a grandson, Peter Andrew Moser.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg with Rev. Robert Roncase officiating. Interment is in Holy Cross Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at church. Arrangements are by Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Philip Neri School, 26 E. 6th Street, East Greenville, PA 18041 or to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation on behalf of great granddaughter, Lucille Marie Littlefield, 333 Lancaster Avenue #414, Wynnewood, PA 19096.
