Miriam H. (Marks) Laudenslager, formerly of Port Saint Lucie, FL, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Valley Manor in Coopersburg, PA. She celebrated her 100th birthday in November. She was the widow of Luther Laudenslager.

Born in Hosensack, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Ruth (Carl) Marks.

Miriam was a sales clerk for JC Penny’s in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for 16 years before she retired in 1984. Prior to that, she worked at Rosenau’s in Red Hill.

Miriam spent her life traveling the United States and around the world, enjoying trips to China, the Holy Lands and Europe.

Surviving are her son, Denny Lee Laudenslager; a brother, Dale Marks; and many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. She is predeceased by brothers, Austin, Harold, Lester, Nelson and Clifford Marks.
Services will be private due to the unprecedented circumstances of Covid-19. She will be laid to rest in Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Cemtery next to her husband. Arrangements entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville.
