Mildred Seasholtz

November 13, 1920 — September 8, 2013

Mildred Helen (Schultz) Seasholtz, 92, wife of Elwood D. Seasholtz of Red Hill, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2013 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Quakertown.

Born in Palm, she was the daughter of the late William K. and Emma (Miller) Schultz.

Mildred grew up in East Greenville. She was a 1938 class graduate of East Greenville High School.
She worked at the former Valley Bag, Pennsburg; the former Roseneau Brothers Mfg Co, Red Hill and retired in 1982 from the Upper Perkiomen School District, where she worked in the Cafeteria of Red Hill Elementary.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Red Hill where she was part of the WELCA and taught Sunday school for many years. Mildred love to play cards with her family and at the Upper Perkiomen Seniors Center.

Surviving along with her husband of 71 years, are four children; Arlin Seasholtz and wife, Dalene of Red Hill; Roseann, widow of Thomas Olsommer of Canadensis; Donna Seasholtz of Whitehall and Pamela, wife of Larry Burke of Lansdale; sister-in-law, Anna Schultz of Sellersville; 7 grandchildren, Marybeth, Katherine, Danny, Greta, Warren, Rachel, and Larry, Jr.; and 11 great-grandchildren, Justine, Jacob, Carrie, Zachary, Stephen, Tabor, Brady, Mitchell, Elizabeth, Roscoe, and Maddison. Along with her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, Raymond K. Schultz.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, September 13, 2013 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041 with Rev. William A. Vanderslice officiating. Relatives and friends may call from 9:30 am until 10:30 am Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be private in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Red Hill.
