Maude Hunsberger Schultz

October 1, 1933 — November 23, 2020

Maude M. (Hersh) Hunsberger Schultz, 87, of East Greenville, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at home. She was the loving wife of Harold E. Schultz, sharing 49 years of marriage together.

Born in Green Lane, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Pearl (Gerhart) Hersh.

Maude worked for the Upper Perkiomen School District in the Hereford Elementary cafeteria for 25 years.
Prior to that, she worked at the former Pennsburg Clothing as a seamstress for 20 years. She was a faithful member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Pennsburg where she was on Altar Guild and Welca. She was also a member of the Senior Center and Golden Agers and volunteered her time at the American Red Cross.

Surviving along with her husband are her son, Thomas Hunsberger of Gilbertsville; three step-children, Charles Schultz and wife, Natalie of East Greenville, Cheyenne Schultz and wife, Tracy of Yuma, AZ, and Cheyrlann Pandolfo and husband, Gary of Casa Grande, AZ; a grandson, James Hunsberger; 8 step-grandchildren, Hollie, Brian, Samantha, Caitlin, Kimberly, Casey, Desiree and Tyler; many great-grandchildren and a sister, Betty Krause and husband, Dale of East Greenville. She is predeceased by a son, Timothy Hunsberger; and 7 brothers, Henry, Linwood, Calvin, Alton, Lester, Floyd and Franklin.

Services will be private at this time. Arrangements will be entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville. Please offer sympathy to the family at mannslonakerfuneralhome.com
