Mary E. (Roush) Saul, 78, of Barto, widow of William H. Saul and Floyd M. McGaughey, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018 at home surrounded by her family.
Born in Jefferson County, she was a daughter of the late George A. and Hazel J. (Wingrove) Roush.
Mary was the Supervisor of Assembly at the former Central Sprinkler in Lansdale for 29 years before retiring. She loved puzzles, crocheting and cross stitching.
Surviving are her children; Roger L. McGaughey and wife, Debra of East Greenville, Robert F. McGaughey and life partner, Allen of Telford, Jerry L. McGaughey and wife, Connie of Red Hill and Peggy S., wife of Brian Newman of Barto; a step-son, William H. Saul, Jr.; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; six sisters; and four brothers.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she is predeceased by two sisters and two brothers
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 7, 2018 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041 with Rev. Paul Thornhill officiating. Burial follows in Frieden’s Union Cemetery, Sumneytown. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
