Mary A. Bianconi, 80, of Arbor Square, Harleysville, PA, formerly of Glenside, PA died on Monday, August 11, 2010 at Grand View Hospital, Sellersville, PA.

Born in Philadelphia, PA she was a daughter of the late Gaetano and Aida (Luchesi) Bianconi.

She was an active member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Glenside, PA and worked there on Fridays for many years after retiring. She was the Manager of Cosmetics for John Wanamaker in Philadelphia, PA and retired in 1994 after working there for over 30 years.

Surviving is her sister, Anna James widow of William James of Harleysville, PA; a brother, Nazzareno Bianconi and his wife, Blanche of Wyndmoor, PA; four nieces, Debbie Gelsbach and her husband, Warren of Red Hill, PA, Sue Knoebel and her husband, Tim of Front Royal, VA, Roxanne Nogradi and her husband, Steve of East Greenville, PA and Kathy Brown of Blooming Glenn, PA and her beloved dog, Shelby.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 820 North Hills Avenue, Glenside, PA with the Rev. Lawrence Crehan officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday morning at the church prior to the mass.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the church.
