Joseph J. Miller, 57, of Emmaus died on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill, PA.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of Betty (Moll) Miller of Pennsburg Manor and the late Robert C. Miller.
He was a Plasma Cutter for 29 years at C and D Technologies, Conshohocken, retiring in 2002. He was a member of Upper Milford Mennonite Church, Zionsville and a member of the Vera Cruz and Red Hill Fire Companies.
Surviving along with his mother, are two sisters, Roberta Paschall and husband, Joseph of East Greenville and Shirley Fisher and husband, Thomas of Reading; two brothers, Eugene Miller and wife, Windy of Emmaus and David Miller and wife, Cindy of Hamburg; two nieces, Desiree Moyer of Barto and Ashley Miller of Emmaus; two nephews, Bradley Miller of California and David Miller, Jr. of Hamburg.
A Fireman’s Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May, 31, 2011 at Upper Milford Mennonite Church, 6450 Kings Highway, South, Zionsville, PA 18092 with Pastor Robert Nolt officiating and Vera Cruz Fire Company assisting. Interment will follow in the Upper Milford Mennonite Cemetery. Friends and relatives may call from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 in the church.
