Jeremy B. Stevens, 72, husband of Barbara H. (Hilliard) Stevens, of Perkiomenville, died April 19, 2014 at home. He and his wife celebrated 40 years of marriage on December 31st.
Born in Sellersville, he was a son of the late Kermit and Bertha (Quinn) Stevens.
He was a 1959 graduate of Souderton High School and a 1963 graduate of Millersville University. He earned his Master’s Degree in European History from Lehigh University and was a Social Studies teacher for North Penn Junior High School for 32 years where he served as the department chairman for many years.
He loved his Brittanys and was an avid hunter and fly fisherman.
He will be sadly missed by his wife; his son, J. Sean Stevens and wife, Brook of Durham, NC; brother, Gary Stevens and wife, Carol of Telford; grandson, Colin Lawrence Stevens of Durham, NC and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Cremation services are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville. Offer sympathy to the family at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
