Jeanette D. Grim, 82, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Grand View Hospital. She was a resident at Frederick Living in Zeiglerville, PA.
Born in Pennsburg, she was the daughter of the late John D. and Helen C. (Maslauskas) Grim.
Jeanette was a 1961 graduate of Upper Perk High School and spent 51 years as a dental assistant at Red Hill Dental Office, retiring in 2012.
Jeanette was an active member of the Pennsylvania Dental Assistants Association and served as President in 1976 and 1986. She enjoyed spending time with her six nieces and nephews, camping, visiting amusement parks and vacationing in Avalon, NJ.
Jeanette will be missed by her three sisters, Elaine H. Mechler (widow of John) of East Greenville, Patricia A. Niemy of Quakertown and Lenore G. Penfield (John) of Williamsport; two nieces, Jennifer Nevin and Wendy Yambor; four nephews, John Cook, Scott Mechler, Tyler and Colin Penfield; and many great nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held by the family in the auditorium at Frederick Living on August 24th at 3:00 pm. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. You may leave online condolences and share memories by visiting www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
