April 7, 1942 — June 6, 2020

Janet A. (Wood) Wynne, 78 of Hereford, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the loving daughter of the late William and Anna (McHoul) Wood. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Martin Robert Wynne.

She was a 1961 graduate of Jules E. Mastbaum Vocational Technical School in Kensington. Janet was a member of New Goshenhoppen Church and a dedicated member to the Order of Eastern Star Perkiomen Chapter #318, Red Hill, PA. She served as Worthy Matron from 2001 to 2002 and was serving as secretary at the time of her passing. Janet was a school bus driver for the Upper Perkiomen School District for 28 years. She was a loving wife, mom and grammy and her life was dedicated to charity, truth and loving kindness.

Surviving are her three children, Thomas Wynne and wife, Jennifer of Bethlehem, Rebecca Wynne of Hereford and Michael Wynne and wife, Tammy of Limerick; five grandchildren, Jeremiah, Michael, Daniel, Trinity and Gage; and her brother, James Wood and wife, Fay of Stuart, FL.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2020 from 6 to 8 PM at the Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041. An Eastern Star service and graveside service will be held Monday, June 15 at 11 AM at New Goshenhoppen Cemetery, 1070 Church Rd., East Greenville, PA 18041. CDC guidelines will be followed at the visitation and the graveside service. Offer sympathy to the family at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
