James “Jimmy” B. Heimbach, 53, of Pennsburg passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 20, 2014 in his home.
Born in Sellersville, he was a son of the late Lester P. and Shirley R. (Mutter) Heimbach.
He was a graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School and served as a volunteer fireman for the Pennsburg Fire Company since 1977.
Fondly known as Jimmy, he will be sadly missed by his brother, John P. Heimbach and his wife, Connie of Pennsburg and his many friends. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by a sister, Mary Ann Schildt and a nephew, Todd P. Heimbach.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St. East Greenville, PA 18041 with the Rev. Rebecca Y. Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in Pennsburg United Church of Christ Cemetery, Pennsburg. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Funeral Home.
