Henry Joseph “Joe” Weldon, Jr., 81, husband of Regina G. (Waters) Weldon, of Perkiomenville, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Grand View Hospital, Sellersville.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Henry J. and Margaret (Plajer) Weldon, Sr.
Joe was a truck driver most of his life and was a member of the Teamsters Union #384. He also owned his own gas station for many years in Harleysville.
Joe served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict.
Surviving in addition to his wife of sixty years, are his children, Kathy, wife of Joseph Malchitsky, Perkiomenville; Joseph Weldon, Wilmington, DE; twins, Ronald Weldon and wife, Susan of Churchville and Donald Weldon and wife, Cheryl, Perkiomenville; Janis, wife of Timothy Gardner, Fleetwood; Patricia, wife of Lou Pachella, Perkiomenville; and Debbi, wife of Mike Marren, Perkiomenville; sixteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Services are private.
