Helen P. (Stolz) Sieber, 98, widow of Martin Sieber, Sr., formerly of East Greenville and Red Hill, died on Friday, April 29, 2011 at Grand View Hospital.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Maria (Rupp) Stolz.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and longtime member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church where she was active with church activities, a member of the Golden Agers, and previously volunteered with Meals on Wheels and the Upper Perkiomen Thrift Shop.
Surviving are two children, Martin Sieber, Jr. and wife, Genevieve of Green Lane, and Mary S., wife of Russell S. Godshall of Green Lane; a granddaughter, Karen Lee and a great grandson, Jarred Lee. Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by three sisters, Anna Dressler, Marie Rodgers and Catherine Shoemaker; two brothers, Frank and William Stolz; a granddaughter, Janet Sieber Brogan and a great grandson, Robert E. Lee, Jr.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073 with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg. A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday at the church.
