Harry M. Steinmetz, Jr., 74, of East Greenville, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Genesis Healthcare- Quakertown Center.
Born in Flourtown, PA, he was the son of the late Dolly (Deery) and Harry M. Steinmetz, Sr.
He was a graduate of Upper Dublin High School and then went on to serve in the Navy. After that, he became a design engineer for Peco in North Wales, PA for 36 years. He was also a roller operator for Yarnall Paving Inc. for about eight years.
He was a member of the East Greenville Fire Co., the Orioles in Boyertown and a lifetime member of the VFW. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and horseshoes and loved corvettes.
Surviving him are his daughters, Amy and Sandy; sisters, Bonnie Stover and Mina Davis and his close friends, Dave and Stacey Yarnall.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Earl Steinmetz.
