Harry Dierolf, 79, companion of Alice M. Kershner, of Wentling Schoolhouse Road, East Greenville, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2010 in Grand View Hospital.
Born in Pennsburg, PA, he was a son of the late John and Lillian (Zepp) Dierolf.
He owned and operated H. D. Tire Company, East Greenville for 30 years, retiring in 1993. He enjoyed playing cards, horse racing and traveling on bus trips with friends.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Janet M. Lees of Red Hill and Donna M. Fritzinger and husband, Joseph of Zionsville; 3 brothers, Kenneth of Red Hill and Harold and Willard of Quakertown and 3 grandchildren, Bryan L. Lees and wife Samelyse of Perkiomenville, Mark S. Lees and wife, Melanie of Royersford and Samantha J. Fritzinger of Zionsville.
He was predeceased by a sister, Florence Wolfe, and 2 brothers, Leroy and Clarence Dierolf.
A Funeral Service will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, officiated by Rev. Homer E. Royer, Jr. Interment will follow in Hill Church Cemetery, Boyertown. Family and friends were invited to a viewing from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
