Harold B. Moffett, 64, of Palm died Thursday, November 18, 2010 in his residence.
Born in East Greenville, he was the son of the late Harold P. Moffett and the late Margaret E. Thomas Alexander.
He worked as a tool and die maker for Perko Tool and Die, retiring in 1999. He was a Vietnam Era Veteran serving in the U.S. Army between 1966 and 1971. He was a graduate of Girard College, Philadelphia.
Surviving is a son, Daniel B. Moffett and wife, Christy of Slatington; two daughters, Kathleen Ann Moffett of North Carolina and Theresa Sophia Moffett of Lenhartsville; three sisters, Harriet Rapine and husband, Ellsworth of East Greenville, Margaret Haines and husband, James of East Greenville and Nancy Moffett and husband, Jeffrey Hauck of Allentown; three grandchildren, Daniel, Evan and Trina; a step-father, Granville E. Alexander of East Greenville; and ex-wife, Mary Moffett of Lenhartsville.
A Memorial Service will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2010 in St. Mark’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Pennsburg with Pastor Charles E. Romanowski officiating.
