Harold “Babe” “Howie” Dierolf, 73, of Main Street, Trumbauersville, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010, in Grand View Hospital.
Born in Pennsburg, he was a son of the late John and Lillie (Zeft) Dierolf.
He was an inspector at Bergey’s Tire in Perkasie for over 45 years.
He was a member of Great Swamp Fish & Game Association.
Surviving are 3 sons, Michael J. Dierolf and wife, Carol of Perkiomenville, Anthony H. Dierolf and wife, Loretta Mae of Brookville and David C. Dierolf and wife, Donna of Doylestown; 2 brothers, Willard Dierolf of Quakertown and Kenneth Dierolf of Red Hill; 4 grandchildren, Lisa Todd, Anthony Dierolf, Jr., Denise Powell and Jason Parvin and 5 great grandchildren, Shana & Madison Todd, Lillie Dierolf and Jaiden and Addison Parvin. He was predeceased by a sister, Florence Wolfe and 3 brothers, Clarence, Leroy and Harry Dierolf.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with Rev. Daryl Swartley officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Church Cemetery, Boyertown, PA. Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
