Gloria Stierly Pierce

Gloria (Strauss) Stierly Pierce, 95, of Barto, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at home. She was the wife of the late Alfred W. Stierly, Sr. and the late James Pierce.

Born in Royersford, she was the daughter of the late Milton B. and Alice (Allebaugh) Strauss.
Gloria was a homemaker and a member of Bethany Clayton Evangelical Church in Barto.

Surviving are her three children, Alfred Stierly, Jr. and wife, April; Barbara Gift; and John Stierly and wife, Carol; 11 grandchildren: Karen Campbell, Mark Stierly, Eric Holl, Jasie Klisiewicz, Cody Heim, Susan Graver, Lucas Stierly, Jon Schaffer, Jasmin Stierly and Tamara Oswald; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by grandchild Sean Ryer and siblings: Francis Strauss and Mary Bergstresser.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA. A burial will follow in Providence Mennonite Cemetery, Collegeville. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 10:45 AM at the funeral home prior to the service.
