Gladys Buck

Gladys Bacheller Clarke Geiger Buck, of Skippack, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 at Pennsburg Manor. She was 91 years old. She was born in Philadelphia to the late Walter Bacheller Clarke and Gladys (Putnam). She was the wife of the late William S. Geiger and then the late Robert E. Buck. She was the mother of W. Barrett Geiger and wife, Elizabeth of Fort Washington, PA and Wm. Clarke Geiger and wife, Kathleen of Harleysville; the grandmother of Daniel, Rebecca and James Geiger; and she was predeceased by four sisters, Lucy, Barbara, Jane and Susan.

Gladys was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Harleysville and was active in many clubs and organizations through her life. She was Vice Regent of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Philadelphia Chapter for many years, the treasurer of Huguenot Society, an active member of the Mayflower Society, and various historical societies.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
