George W. “Bill” Cordonna, Jr., 56, beloved husband of Penny J. (Manlove) Cordonna, of Perkiomenville, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2014 at home.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the only child of the late George W. Cordonna, Sr. and Elaine (Cook) Cornish.
He was a graduate of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School and attended the University of Vermont and the University of Florida, majoring in marine biology and chemical engineering.
Bill owned and operated CAI Technologies of Perkiomenville for over 20 years, where he specialized in water treatment and catalyst design.
He was a member of the Better Business Association and the Water Quality Association.
Bill took great pride in his work and loved being with his family.
Surviving, along with his wife of 19 years, are two daughters, Casey Cook Cordonna and Addison Jean Cordonna of Perkiomenville; his stepmother, Mildred Cordonna of Warminster and a cousin, Joann Cook of St. Simon’s Island, GA.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 from 10am until 12pm at the Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041. Offer sympathy to the family atwww.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
