Gary Lester Keller, 19, of East Greenville, died Monday, August 8, 2011 at home after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was a son of Gary L. and Cindy M. (Bosch) Keller.
He was a 2011 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School where he was the reigning Homecoming King.
He was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Bally where he had been an altar server. He was a member of the Vince’s Dart League, an honorary member of The National Guard and the American Legion Riders and a friend of the American Legion Post #184 and the Upper Perkiomen Kiwanis Club. He also was a baseball player in the Upper Perk Youth Baseball League and loved playing video games.
He will be greatly missed by his parents, brother, Jarrid M. Keller of East Greenville, sisters, Arieannah C. Keller of East Greenville, Amanda M. Bonney of Nazareth and Shyla Biddison of Bieglerville and many foster brothers and sisters.
A funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg with Monsignor Edward J. Coyle of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church officiating. Interment follows in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg. A viewing will be held from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at church.
