Gary Horning, 56, husband of Lori (Sell) Horning, of Red Hill, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015, just two days shy of his 57th birthday, at the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, after a courageous battle against Leukemia.
He was always an active member of the community. From coaching Little League Baseball, to serving on the Red Hill Planning Commission and as Fire Police for the Red Hill Fire Company, to volunteering with the North Penn Goodwill Canteen Services, Meals on Wheels and so much more.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 27 years are two children; Janine Horning of East Greenville and Justin Horning of Chester; his fur children, Midge, Piper and grand doggie, Moosey Girl.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2015 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with Rev. Dr. Barry L. Moyer officiating.
