Fredericka (Seitz) Dierolf, 92, widow of Clarence “Bub” Dierolf, Sr., of East Greenville, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013 at her home.
Born in Green Lane, she was a daughter of the late Louisa (Seitz) Sell.
She worked as a Seamstress for Red Hill Apparel, Swan Lee of Richlandtown and Rosenau Brothers, then retired in 1985 as a Lens Cleaner from Plummer Precision Optics of Pennsburg.
She was a member of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Pennsburg.
She will be sadly missed by her ten children Carol Duffy, John Duffy of Philadelphia, Mary, wife of Larry Knitter of Coopersburg; Darlene Dierolf; Barbara, wife of Allen Hansen of Hartwell, GA, Clarence Dierolf, Jr., and wife Rita, of Quakertown, Charles Dierolf, and wife, Joyce of Georgia, Richard Dierolf of East Greenville, John Dierolf and wife, Deborah of Palm and Diane, wife of Scott Holcomb of East Greenville; two sisters, Louise, wife of William Bartholomew of East Greenville and Glenna, wife of Paul Dise of Perkiomenville; six grandchildren, Deborah, Shane, Brad, Ryan, Michelle and Jaime; eight great-grandchildren, Tony, Lucas, Alexander, Jasmine, Emma, Oystein, Casey and Zoe and two great great grandchildren, Dawson and Abbie. Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, William Duffy; six brothers, Frank, Harvey, Jr., Godfrey, Peter, Charles "Buster" and Herbert Sell and a sister, Anna Mae Mamatuck.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, with Reverend Charles E. Romanowski officiating. Burial will be in St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pennsburg, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing from 10:00 to 11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
