Francis J. Sullivan, Jr., 77, of Jenkintown, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at his home.

Born in the Fairmount Section of Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Mary (Morrow) and Francis J. Sullivan, Sr.

He was a proud veteran of the US Army. He was employed in the banking industry for 40 years as a Vice President and a Fraud Investigator at several banks including Continental Bank, Midlantic Bank and PNC retiring in 1994.

He attended Yuong Sang Presbyterian Church in Horsham and was a bowling champion, enjoyed classical music and the opera and was learning foreign languages.

He will be sadly missed by his two daughters, Donna M. Sullivan of Quakertown and Diana, wife of James Zagiel of Pennsburg; two sisters, Dolores, wife of Pierce Pelouze of Gibbsboro, NJ and Patty, wife of Jim McTighe, of Sewell, NJ; a brother-in-law, Joseph Bevilacqua of Philadelphia; 4 granddaughters, Jyssica, Samantha, Erica and Angela and a great granddaughter, Bethany. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Thomas Sullivan and a sister, Maureen Bevilacqua.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday Wednesday at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville PA with the Rev. Robert A. Roncase, Pastor of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church officiating. A viewing will be held on Monday starting at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
