Francine “Franny” A. Moore, 53, of Perkiomenville, passed away Friday, November 18, 2016 at home surrounded by family.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Eileen (McKillip) Moore of Perkiomenville and the late Frank Moore, Sr.. She was also the wife of Jennifer A. Golas-Moore, with whom she was married for two years and together for 17 years prior to their marriage.

She was a 1981 graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School in Philadelphia. She enlisted in the United States Army and served her country faithfully for 10 years. After her honorable discharge, she was employed by United States Mint where she held positions with increasing responsibility up to her final role as Head of Manufacturing.

In addition to her wife and mother, she is survived by her daughter, Rea F. Golas, fiancé of Tim of Perkiomenville; her granddaughter Elena, whom she was so proud to be a grandmother to; siblings, Eileen, wife of James Morrison, Christine, wife of Michael Bidzilya, Kathleen, wife of Stephen Burbage, Frank Moore, Doreen, wife of Curtis Craig, Maureen, wife of Stephen Benner, Pauline, wife of Patrick Clark, Josephine, wife of Sean Philips, Georgine, wife of John Heibeck, David Moore and wife, Nicole, Jeanine, wife of Kevin Sames, Angeline Moore, wife of Erica, John Moore and wife, Jenalyn and Mark Moore and wife, Emi and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the church prior to the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041. Offer sympathy to the family on our website at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.

It was Franny’s wish that those who came to her funeral were dressed in green in homage to her favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
