Evangeline Alderfer (Bergey) Luvender, 82, widow of John “Jack” W. Luvender, Sr., of Lansdale, died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Elm Terrace Gardens of Lansdale.
Born in Sellersville, PA, she was a daughter of the late Norman L. Bergey and the late Verna Alderfer Bergey.
Evangeline worked for the Lower Salford Police Department in Harleysville.
Surviving are step-children Shirley M. and husband, Russell Fuss of Lansdale, Carol and husband, Larry Palmerio of South Carolina, George Luvender of Telford and David Luvender and his wife, Shirley of Palm; thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; children Colleen Bergey Hacker and Chad Allen Hacker; brother John Bergey of Lancaster. Evangeline was predeceased by step son John Luvender, Jr.
