Ethel W. (Ward) Stock, 95, widower of Henry J. Stock, Sr., of Wonziegler Road, Pennsburg, died on Monday, February 28, 2011 at her home.
Born in Newfield, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Edward T. and Martha E. (Mason) Ward.
She was a Secretary for the former Red Hill Savings and Loan for 21 years retiring in 1978.
He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. She was an accomplished artist and was a member of the Perkiomen Valley Art Center.
Surviving are three children, Martha E. Collins of Adelphi, MD, Ellen M. Stock D’Lasnow and her husband, Michael of Pennsburg and Henry John Stock, Jr. of Morristown, NJ; and a grandson, Richard A. Stock.
A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with the Rev. Charles E. Romanowski officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pennsburg. A viewing will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening and also 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
