Emily M. Wallace, 91, formerly of Green Lane and Red Hill, died Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center.
Born in Fort Washington, PA, she was a daughter of the late William and Ottilia (Hippeli) Wallace.
She worked in Quality Control at Philco Ford in Lansdale for 20 years retiring in 1974.
She was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church and loved playing Bingo and taking bus trips.
Surviving a sister, Ottilia “Tillie” McMullin of Perkiomenville; a brother, Joseph Wallace and wife, Catherine of Telford; 2 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by a son, John Wandall, 2 brothers, William and John Wallace and 2 sisters, Mary Wallace and Grace Engle.
A funeral mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg.
