Edna M. (Holben) Graber, 93, widow of Russell L. Graber, formerly of Macoby Street, Pennsburg, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at The Village at Willow Lane, Macungie.
Born in Weisenburg Township, Lehigh County, she was a daughter of the late George P. and Katie (Bachman) Holben.
She worked as a clerk at the former Bieler & Reigner Department Store in Pennsburg for over 10 years and was a longtime member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ, East Greenville.
Surviving are two children, Jane M., wife of John Leeser of Macungie and Carl J. Graber and his wife, Carol of Hummelstown; five grandchildren, Michael Lesser of Tallahassee, FL, Jaimie Nawaday of Brooklyn, NY, Emmy Graber of Boston, MA, Rhea Wallace of Vero Beach, FL and Nora Bioty of Mechansburg, PA and 9 great grandchildren. Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Willard Holben and five sisters, Perma Peters, Helen Miller, Hilda Holben, Beatrice Krauss and Wilma Kressley.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with the Rev. Michael D. Jones officiating. Burial follows in New Goshenhoppen cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
