Earle R. Kramer, Jr., 63, of East Greenville, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was the loving husband of Linda J. (Haftl) Kramer, sharing almost 45 years of marriage together.
Born in Northampton County, he was the son Earl R. Kramer, Sr. of Hereford and the late Lillian (Breish).
Earle was employed at Bally Case and Cooler for 22 years, Ryder Truck in Pennsburg for two years and in 1995 he opened Green Acres Auto, operating and co-owning the shop with his son, Kevin, until November of this year when the cancer no longer allowed him to work.
He was a member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ in East Greenville and a member of the East Greenville Fire House where he sponsored the Green Acres Bowling Team. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing but the time he enjoyed most, was the time he spent with his two grandchildren, whom he cherished and adored. They were his light during his battle.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Kevin Kramer and wife, Dayna of Pennsburg; his beloved grandchildren, Kora and Kolton Kramer; his three brothers, William Kramer and wife, Sharon of Upper Pottsgrove, Richard Kramer of Red Hill and John Kramer of Pennsburg; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
