Dorothy Ann (Krause) Concio, 88, of Milford Twp., passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at LifeQuest of Quakertown. She was the loving wife of the late Lawrence J. Concio Sr., with whom she shared 67 years of marriage before his passing in July of 2022.
Dorothy was born in Philadelphia to the late William M. and Frances R. (Sullivan) Krause.
Mrs. Concio was a 1952 graduate of Roxborough High School and then worked at Ohio & Farmers Insurance Company before becoming a homemaker. She wholeheartedly loved spending time with her family and those she loved. She was a member of St. Philip Neri Church in Pennsburg and found enjoyment volunteering at the Padre Pio Center in Barto, PA.
She is survived by her children: Lawrence Jr. and wife Kathleen of East Norriton; Linda Wacker and her late husband, Charles of Philadelphia; Cheryl Conlen and husband Michael, of Barto; a sister: Carol Ross and husband James; five grandchildren: Dana Zakrzewski and husband, Mark, Brian Concio and wife, Allison, Ryan Conlen and wife, Patricia, Darren Conlen and wife, Victoria and Lyssa Wacker; great-grandchildren: Jonathan, Peyton, Dean, Riley, Roman, and Maya.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by siblings Eileen Nast and William Krause.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville, PA.
