Doris Blanche (Sparks) Hopkinson, 81, formerly of Perkiomenville, died October 10, 2013 at Pennsburg Manor. She was the daughter of the late Purington and Alice S. (Bradley) Sparks.
She worked at both Superior Tube and the former Green Lane Hosiery for many years before retiring.
Surviving are her two sons, Gary R. Hopkinson of Green Lane and Gerald N. Hopkinson of Bloomsburg; a brother, Richard Sparks and wife, Charlotte of Graterford; four grandchildren, Gary, Jena, Camilla and Melissa and many great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2013 at the Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with Rev. Martha Kriebel officiciating.
