Delores E. (Stuber) Karver, 85, of Pennsburg, PA, passed away, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at home. She was the wife of Vernon L. Karver, celebrating 67 years of marriage in December.
Born in Lower Milford Township, she was the daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Stuber) Gilley.
Delores was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was always so proud of her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and canning.
She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Spinnerstown, PA.
Surviving along with her husband, are her daughter, Linda D., wife of James H. Dugan, Jr. of Pennsburg; two grandsons, James H. and David C. Dugan; a step-sister; and step-brothers.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA with Rev. Axel Kaegler officiating. There will be a private burial. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11 am at the funeral home before the service.
