Debra Lynn (Weaver) Steward, 48, of Barto, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the loving wife of Joseph C. Steward, sharing 22 years of marriage together.
Born in West Rockhill Township, PA she was the beloved daughter of Stanley P. Weaver and wife, Jean(stepmom) of Florida and Velma (Mitchell) Everwine and husband, Robert(stepdad) of Millville, NJ.
She was the sister of Stanley T. Weaver and fiancé, Robin Simmon of Coopersburg, PA.
Debra was the most supportive wife and mother. She always made it a point to be present at her daughters’ competitions as well as supporting her husband and oldest daughter crash cars as a hobby, even when battling with her health complications. She simply enjoyed being around her family and creating lasting memories. She also enjoyed crafting and attending craft shows and loved to cook for her family and friends; there was no such thing as cooking for two.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is also survived by her pride and joy, her two daughters, Kayla Steward of Boyertown, PA and Jessica Steward and boyfriend, Nickleas Heimbach of Barto, PA. She also just became a new grandmom to Harper Rose Heimbach. She is also survived by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Marvin and Barbara Steward; and three sisters in law, Suzette Coates and husband, John, Kathleen Weidensaul and boyfriend Rick Faust and Hattie Terkowski and husband, Richard.
The family would like to offer sincere thanks and gratitude to the doctors and nurses who gave such good care to Debra.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Christ Lutheran Church of Niantic, 222 Niantic Road, Barto, PA 19504. Family and friends may greet the family from 10 to 10:45 at the church prior to the service.
