David R. Wilson, 50 years old, of Gilbertsville, PA, passed away unexpectantly on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. He was the husband of Jennifer L. (Eister) Wilson, sharing 28 years of marriage together.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Weldon and Esther (Claveau) Wilson.
David was currently working as an independent truck driver. He loved the outdoors and spent his free time four wheeling, fishing, camping, hunting and boating. He also loved spending time with his golden retrievers. He will be remembered most for being a devoted husband and loving father.
Surviving along with his wife, are his son, Matthew Wilson of Gilbertsville, PA; a sister, Ellen Wilson and husband, James of Red Hill, PA; two brothers, Gary Wilson and wife, Marie of Phoenix, AZ and Curtis Wilson and wife, Christine of Perkiomenville, PA; several nieces and nephew; and many cousins.
A celebration of life will be held from 7-8:30 PM on Friday evening, March 18, 2022 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041. There will be a time to share memories at 8 PM. You may share memories and condolences at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com
