Cynthia Atkinson

Cynthia A. “Cindy” (Neipert) Atkinson, 58, of Kutztown, died June 12, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of Ronald L. Atkinson celebrating 39 years of marriage on December 30, 2010.

Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Lorraine (Fluck) Neipert and a 1970 graduate of Liberty High School.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of several elderly people at Luther Crest Retirement Community.

Surviving along with her husband are 2 sons, Ronald D. Atkinson and wife, Kimberly of Hamburg and Vincent M. Atkinson of Lenhartsville; three brothers, Ray Neipert and wife, Nicha of Freemansburg, Doug Neipert and wife, Emma of Surprise, AZ and Phil Neipert and wife, Cindy of Freemansburg; a half brother, Mike Diaz of Virginia; three grandchildren, Dalton J. Atkinson, Faith Leann Atkinson and Kade M. Atkinson and her dearest friend, Ella M. Cook of Wilmington, DE.
