Betty M. (Moll) Miller, 89, widower of Robert C. Miller, formerly of Pennsburg and Vera Cruz, died Saturday, October 22, 2016, at Pennsburg Manor.
Born in Corning, PA, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Verna (Hiestand) Moll.
She was a member of Upper Milford Mennonite Church in Zionsville.
Betty worked as a short order cook at The Blue Butterfly Tea Room in Emmaus before retiring and previously at the Vera Cruz Tavern. She also had worked as a seamstress for the Emmaus Shirt Company and Red Hill Apparel Company.
Surviving are four children, Shirley A., wife of Thomas W. Fisher of Reading, Roberta M., wife of Joseph Paschall of Bayside, California, David C. Miller and wife, Cindy of Hamburg and Eugene W. Miller and wife, Windy of Emmaus; two brothers, Paul Moll and wife, Katie of East Greenville and Carl Moll and wife, Jeanette of Perkiomenville; four grandchildren, Desiree Moyer of Barto, Bradley Miller of California, David Miller, Jr. of Hamburg and Ashley Miller of Emmaus; and four great-grandchildren, Lauren Moyer, Colton Moyer, Jack Miller and Max Blue Miller. Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Joseph J. Miller; two brothers, Henry and James Moll; and a half-sister, Edna Barndt.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October, 26, 2016 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041 with the Rev. Roy Bender officiating. Burial follows in Upper Milford Mennonite Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
