Barrie Eugene Carrigan, 80, formerly of East Greenville, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the Quakertown Center. He was born in Perkasie to the late Thomas and Lillian (Steeb) Carrigan.
Barrie was a 1958 graduate of Wakefield High School in Arlington, VA and was employed at Harleysville Insurance for over 30 years in the life insurance department as a supply manager for many years.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Surviving are his two daughters, Donna R. Nolan of Essex, MD and Denise M. Brinckman of Dublin, PA; three grandchildren, Justin Nolan, Rebecca Alvord and Brett Brinckman; a brother, Alan Carrigan and wife, Iris of San Antonio, Tx; and a half-brother, Craig Carrigan and wife, Karen of Rhode Island. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his former wife, Sandra Carrigan.
A viewing will be held from 10 – 10:45 AM on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041.
